These Terms of Service govern your use of shop.dromsjel.com and any order placed through the store.

The store is operated by Pierre Schmidt, trading as drømsjel, Calle Republica Dominicana 7, Pueblo Principe, Alicante 03189, Spain.

Products and availability

We sell art prints and related goods. Product availability, editions, and prices can change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.

Markets, currencies, and pricing

The store uses Shopify Markets. Depending on your location, the storefront may show local pricing, language, shipping options, and checkout currency for your market. The final currency and total amount due are the values shown at checkout when you place your order. Your bank or card provider may apply additional exchange or processing fees.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where necessary for fraud prevention, stock issues, pricing errors, or legal compliance.

Product presentation

We do our best to display product colors, sizing, and descriptions accurately, but screens and devices vary. Slight differences between on-screen presentation and the delivered product do not automatically qualify as defects.

All artwork, product photography, branding, text, and other content on this storefront remain the property of drømsjel or the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the storefront or the purchase of products.
