How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We carefully pack all prints in sturdy cardboard mailing tubes to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order still arrives damaged, simply email us at dromsjel@googlemail.com with a short description of the damage and a few photos of the print and the packaging. We will take care of a replacement as quickly as possible.

There is a problem with my shipping. What should I do?

If there is a problem with delivery — for example a delay, a lost parcel or a tracking issue — please email us at dromsjel@googlemail.com. We will then contact the shipping provider and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

What does A3 or A2 size mean? Is it possible to purchase larger prints?

A3 (297 × 420 mm / 11.7 × 16.5 in) and A2 (420 × 594 mm / 16.5 × 23.4 in) are standardized international paper sizes. If you are interested in a larger custom print, simply email us at dromsjel@googlemail.com and let us know the artwork and the size you want.

What exactly does "limited edition" mean?

Some of our prints are released as limited editions. This means we only produce a small number of copies of each design — usually fewer than twenty. Once a print sells out, it will not be reissued. Each copy is hand-numbered and personally signed by drømsjel.

How are your fine art giclee prints made?

All prints are produced in our own studio on a professional Epson SC-P800 printer using UltraChrome HD pigment inks. This archival ink system ensures excellent color accuracy, deep blacks and a print longevity of over 100 years when properly displayed.

What type of paper do you use for your limited edition fine art prints?

We print all editions on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 — an archival matte fine art paper made from 100% cotton with a smooth natural-white surface and a weight of 308 gsm. The paper is acid-free and produced by the renowned German fine art paper manufacturer Hahnemühle.

Are there any customs duties or taxes on my order?

drømsjel does not assume responsibility for customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may arise when importing your order into your country. These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that customs fees are non-refundable.
