My order arrived but the print was damaged. What can I do?

Just send us an email at dromsjel@googlemail.com and describe the damage (ideally with photos of the print attached) and we will send you a new print as soon as possible.

What means A3 or A2 size? Is it possible to purchase larger prints?

Yes, larger prints are possible! Just send us an email at dromsjel@googlemail.com with your size request and the artwork that you are interested in.

What exactly does "limited edition" mean?

Some of our prints in our shop are only limited edition, which means that we only make a very small quantity of each print, usually less than twenty copies. Once a print is sold out, it's discontinued and typically never made available again. Every print we sell is hand-numbered and signed by drømsjel as well.

How are your fine art giclee prints made?

Our digital fine art prints are produced in-house with the Epson SC-P800 printer and UltraChrome HD pigment inks.

What type of paper do you use for your limited edition fine art prints?

Images are printed on Archival Matte Paper (Photo Rag 308) by the traditional German paper manufacturing company “Hahnemühle” – acid-free 100% cotton paper with a smooth, natural-white finish. The paper is Heavy Weight (308 gsm).
